Tripfold

A private trip book

Plan a trip anywhere, keep every ticket and bill in one place, and see who owes whom.

Who it is for

Friends, families, or couples. One person or two can share a seat, and a couple is one payer even when two names sit on it. Kids can ride inside a couple and not pay separately. A trip holds up to 15 seats. The place can be a beach, a hill town, or a city.

What you actually get

The stay, with a map pin and the weather for those dates. Train PNRs you can refresh. Flights, buses, and cabs you type in, because there is no free live airline or bus PNR. The cab’s plate stays with the insurance, PUC, and fitness dates from the rental papers. Then the bills, each seat’s share, and a statement when it is over.

Flight times and bus times are what you enter. The site does not pretend to track them live.

Sample · not a real trip

How a trip runs

  1. 01

    Name it

Place, dates, and a trip name. Sign-in starts here, not on the home page.

  2. 02

    Send one link

WhatsApp or email. People who do not have the link cannot find the trip.

  3. 03

    Claim a seat

The link shows the names. Google keeps two people from taking the same seat.

  4. 04

    Add what you paid

Equal split, a custom split, or only the seats on a ticket.

  5. 05

    Download the statement

It carries the organizer’s name and the dates. Then the organizer can close the trip.

What stays private

This page is public. Money, names, and tickets live only on the trip link. There is no list of other people’s trips. Opening the site, reading this, and looking at the sample do not ask for Google.
